1. Instructions were very incorrect on location of lockbox. 2. App gave me ton of errors when returning van. 3. Estimated hold times are super inaccurate. 4. The Ford Transit is awful.

WALTER PThe uhaul was absolutely filthy on the inside. There was soil and dirt all throughout the inside. I had to get a giant broom and spend extra time sweeping it out so my furniture wouldn't get ruined. Also, I originally ordered a smaller truck but they said that the didn't have one available the day before my move date so they offered me a larger truck at the same price, which was nice yes but this was the 26ft instead of our original 20ft which was a lot more difficult to drive and maneuver. Overall, I'd get your uhaul elsewhere.
