I called ahead and told them when to expect my arrival...when I arrived, the office was locked. I walked around and found someone who told me he was out to lunch from 1300 to 1400 (my confirmed arrival time was 1330). I called U-Haul help line and was told someone would assist me shortly...this did not happen. I again called U-Haul help line and they in turn called the location and someone approached us to let us know help was on its way. All-in-all, I waited one hour. When the employee arrived, he told me his boss had sent him elsewhere on a task. I asked about my pick-up time and he stated "I know, but my boss directed me elsewhere".

There was no attendant on site waited over 1/2 hour for help, door was locked and had to call corporate number for help,
david bThe place closes at 6, but we got there at 5:15 to drop the truck off and they were outside locking the gate. After he got an attitude and opened the gate, he directed me to where I should park the truck. After parking the truck, he asked for the keys, to which I asked if I needed to take pictures of the truck to upload. His response was "take pictures or don't, I really do not care" and grabbed the key and walked away. Then, I had to figure out what to do by myself after that, to which I just said screw it and left. This was not a good experience because I had no clear instructions provided to me by this guy.
