There was a sign in the window saying they were not accepting U-Haul dropoffs, but my active order with U-Haul said I was supposed to drop it off at that location.

Stephan GWhen I told them about the trailer problems, they wanted me to hook back up to it and take it back to the rental pickup because they didn't have a repair shop and indicated problem equipment had been sent there for Drop Off before. I refused and they said they understood.

justin pThe U-Hauls rear lights were out and license plates expired. I got pulled over on my drive, luckily the officer was understanding, but it made me incredibly late. Not to mention at the location the man helping me took an hour to hand me a pamphlet and take a picture of the setup, when I clearly mentioned I was in a hurry. Overall poor experience.
Hyrum EWhen we picked up the truck they asked that the gas be at 1/4 tank when returned but was half way between empty and 1/4 when we got it. Little unprofessional. Truck it's self was amazing! Always like u-haul just not this pick up.

ADAM BA-Z was good, in fact they were the only haul location to answer the phone. My issue is with uhaul, I reserved a location close to me and they wanted me to drive 2 hours to pickup the equipment when the trailer at this location was available. I’ll be avoiding uhaul for the foreseeable future.

PATRICK RFirst you changed my drop off location, 2 times. WTF. Then when I checked the car trailer back in your computer said I was a day late. My reservation was for an additional day an I was a day early. I did not get money back for the day early either. Poor parking lot space as well.
SEAN PA to Z Rentals is much faster and more convenient than the local U-Haul center.
BRETT JYour online checkout process is terrible. It would never load my photo of mileage and gas so I couldn't checkout.
JOHN OThe A-Z manager was able to help me out, even though Uhaul tried to change pricing on me. I reserved a trailer for $680 for an 8 day, cross country move. When I went to pick it up, I was told it would be over $1000. I spent a half hour on the phone and the Uhaul rep was unable to remedy the problem. She told me to have the manager at the rental facility call in, and after several attempts, he and the second Uhaul rep were able to give me the quoted price, which, by the way, I had a contract for. This wasn't just an estimate. Apparently this is a common issue as I overheard another customer having the same issue. Having my rental reworked for create a bit of hassle on the other end as my drop off location was changed, but my storage unit had not changed locations. I had to go to one Uhaul to unload the trailer, then go back to the other to return the trailer. (You get charged extra if you take it to a different location than what was selected.)
ERIC SU CANNOT drop off your U-Haul at any U-Haul dealer. My pick up dealer didn’t know there was a dealer close to me but said I could drop it off at any dealer. But U-Haul Corp made me drop it 30 miles at my contract drop off location.
Walter LUnfriendly counter employee. No greeting, no smiles. Didn't seem to care. I wasn't important to them.
MARK LThe only issue we had. Is that I called to see if I could keep it longer. They told me sure that’s no problem. I asked how much more it would cost? They said it’d be the same as what we quoted you. Found out it cost me another $118.

Rodger MI rented a pick up truck told them I would need it for approximately 5 days took it back in 5 days, after I checked out the CSR that was not the person that checked me in said that there was a 7 day 700 mile rental that I was never told about, had I been told that would have been more beneficial to me, This transaction is not going to stop me from renting from u haul, Respectfully DJM
