I have been renting u-haul at various locations over the past few years approx twice a month on avergae. My locations change as I need to rent where is closest to my deliveries to save on mileage and gas. Today I filled up the tank to back where it was when picked up and I believe that by the time I arrived it was slightly off....having said that the gentleman checked the gas and told me straight up " you did not put gas back into the truck and that is not good." I showed him my receipt but he refused to listen and continued to tell me I did not put gas back into the truck. I have rented approx 40-50 times the past 2 years and have never had an issue with gas. It was rude for him to tell me I did not.
