The process took to long. The attendant didn’t know what he was doing. It took 45 mins to process and that was added to my moving time I paid

Dropping off the truck was an easy process as well. Customer service was great. This was our first time needing to rent a UHaul truck, and we were very pleased with the whole process. Very helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.
