The process was very poor. The guy at the liquor store counter had me talk on his cell phone to another guy who basically did mobile check in himself and I had to remind him that I rented a dolly. Then when I returned the truck the same guy at the counter seemed very put off and wasn't telling me what to do to return the truck so I just handed him the keys and the dolly. THEN I was charged $309.80 so I cauled U-Haul customer service and the site CLAIMED that I put a dent in the truck, but the helpful woman on the phone saw that the dent was already there in the picture so she issued a refund but I only received $300 so I'm out $9.80 for some reason AND I was never refunded for the mileage estimate that I was under. Just a horrible experience overall.
