The place was an absolute mess. Does not speak well for your company
CHESTER AHe was late, the truck was dirty, no where to park. I was disappointed. You should go by and look at this facility for yourself. Please!!
MARK AI have Not Yet (03/10/2025) received a copy of my bill and what I was charged for the APPROX. two hours that I had the Trailer, this is very disturbing for me, as I feel that I did not get the advertised deal on the Pickup truck that I rented last year from the same location.
HERBERT EProvide the requested and ordered supplies with the truck. Use facilities that have adequate parking and space for the trucks.

EDWARD MNOT FOR the location FOR UHAUL THE DRIVERS LICENSE SCANNING IS TERIBLE NOW I HAVE A MEXICAN & A CANADIAN LICENSE SO I WAS ABLE TO DO IT BUT FOR SOME ONE THAT ONLY HAS A MEXICAN LICENSE IT IS UNPOSSIBLE TO RENT A U-HAUL THAT SHOULD BE FIXED

ROBERT WI never picked up this rental. Business said it was open from 8am to 2:30pm, it never opened all day. There were lock boxes outside for uhaul rental, all but one were empty. The only key available was to a 10’ truck. My whole experience with trying to get a U-Haul truck was miserable.
ANDREW MThe worst u-haul dropoff place. There was practically no space to park the truck, nor was there anyone to tell you where to park it. It's a mechanic's shop and it was full of cars, so it was hard to find a safe place with so little space available.
RAFAEL AAgain, I was very overcharged.

Vincent MThis comment is in no way a reflection on this location, but on the entire UHaul reservation process. If I could give it a ZERO I would. This was my first experience needing to reserve a moving truck. On 2/16, I went to the Arcadia, Florida location (which had the 10’ truck) and was told that I needed to complete the reservation online using the app. Seemed simple enough so I downloaded the app and reserved the truck for 2 days beginning 2/19. I even completed the Express online check in. The reservation was for the Arcadia pick up location at 1pm. On 2/18, I received a text stating my pickup location was Punta Gorda, Florida which is 25 miles away. I called UHaul and explained the reservation was for Arcadia, she said they didn’t have any trucks there. So I have to pay .79 cents per mile to and from Punta Gorda! As if this wasn’t aggravating enough, once I get to the UHaul in Punta Gorda on Sunday 2/19, I’m wondering what I do? Thank goodness Paul (the owner) happened to be there. He asked me for a code. I never received any code. So again I’m calling UHaul asking what I’m supposed to do. She’s trying to walk me through the pick up process, taking the photo of the driver’s license (which kept giving me errors) etc., and Paul finally said to tell the representative he’s got it! Paul did the whole check in and also the return. Thank goodness for Paul, what a nice man!! I’m so thankful he was there! What a nightmare that was. Whoever came up with this process needs to have their head examined. Awful!! Just awful!!
Richard WWas supposed to pick up at 7am using your pickup app. It did not work. I called your help line twice. First person helped a little. The second person found that I would have to wait for the place to open at 8. She also changed my time from 7am to 8am pick up. Also, told me she was giving me $50 off of my bill. I ended not leaving the pick-up location until 9am because the guy there had to redo the order. Then I brought back the truck early and tried to drop of the truck with the app and again it did not work again! I called your help line again and was passed around three times to different people. So I found that the guy at the location was there and he said he would take care of it. He was really rude! I ended wasting 3 hours trying that could have been used better for unpacking things at our new condo, plus my wife was not happier because she was also sitting around waiting n the car for me. And I did not receive the $50 credit the lady said I would get because of the inconvenience. Don’t ever want to use a satellite location again.

CAROLYN SDifficult to return a 26 ft truck. AWFUL
REX CTook 40 minutes for me to get the truck I had reserved 2 weeks previously. 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. 20 minutes processing. 10 minutes waiting out front for him to bring the truck around. You need to explain on your website that some of your locations don't have trucks. The U-Haul place 5 minutes form my house doesn't rent trucks? That's no where on the website. I didn't find that out until I got there to reserve the truck. I had to go to a place 20 minutes away in order to pick up the truck.
Dan HOne thing that is my own fault is I did not realize how far off of the beaten path this location was. The front of this location is falling into disrepair and hard to spot from the street because the sign is illegible, the backside of the building is in absolute terrible condition, there was dog poop all over the ground everywhere, and it was a little tricky to drop off our trailer.

KEVIN SLiterally the most unprofessional rental location I have had to deal with. They were late showing up. They didn't clean the truck prior. Less than a half tank. Tried to mark damage with him and he didn't have time. Made us behind schedule quite a bit and we made reservations for one location but we had to go 20 extra miles to pick up a truck then another 15 to get a trailer even though my reservations were made way prior. Not happy and will speak to a district office and will further leave bad reviews from our experience.

Steven PThis location was fine, but we were booked again for Crosstown movers. My wife arrived at 11:55 am and nobody was there. They were supposed to close at 12. She then had to scramble to find another location and make a new booking. Also, online, the uhaul reps were unable to take off the $5 charge or process my $10 certificate. Not end of the world for $15, but we already had trouble the week before and the problems kept occurring.
