Have the person checking me out speak better English. He was not able to understand my questions about the trailer or the billing. Have the person help me hook up the trailer and make sure I am doing it correctly and help explain how to use the trailer. He just pointed to the trailer in the parking lot. Noted a marker light was out and he wasn't sure about that. Have the person explain that I need to take photos before leaving the lot. I just found out because I happened to check my text messages, otherwise I would have no idea.
PAUL BWaited in the office for over 5 minutes and had to look outside for someone to help me. Had a scheduled pickup, and the trailer was blocked in by vehicles making it hard to backup. No one helped hookup my trailer after the said vehicles were moved

RICK LDo not use. They added optional coverages that I did not request. And then overcharged me on gas when I only drove 9 miles!
JASON WDirty place to pick up. Had to wait forever to get waited on. Wasn't going to give us blankets. He said I don't know if I even have any. Then he showed up with some. Only gave us 10 out of 12. Never checked to make sure Everything was hooked up correctly and safe. We had to figure it out. We've rented several time with uhaul and have never had such a poor experience. Never again!!!
Sandra HYour app sucks. I couldn't pick up my vehicle at the booked pickup time due to app timeout errors and errors with form submissions. What should have been a simple pickup took an additional 3 hours due to app errors delaying my scheduled move.
TIMOTHY SThe truck wasn't ready, they sent me to another location because they said they had a truck there but they didn't have a truck. So I went back to were I originally reserved the truck and they told me they didn't have a truck for me, so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give it to me so I demanded he call the owner and finally after a lot of screwing around I got a truck about an hour or more later. Which I only needed for about an hour and a half.
Paul CAfter giving my payment info to this guy, I had to get a new Debit card because the one he entered in his computer was compromised. This has never happened before. I can not say for 100% it is their fault but............... Will never rent from this place again
BARBARA WBusiness was poorly run by very rude people. They didn’t have the store open on time, which helped make us late. On top of that, they were just very rude during the pickup process.
