The mileage I was provided was insufficient to get me from the pickup location to my house and to my end destination. As a result I ended up with overage charges. Completely unacceptable. The mileage I was given would have never been enough.

I had set up a pick up at this location, and upon driving 4 hours from NY to MA, there was no U-Haul at this location. When I entered the gas station, and said that I was there to pick up a U-Haul, he said, Ya, it's the wrong location, people are sent here and it's wrong. He then had to try to explain to me where the ACTUAL pick up location was that I had to drive to. He didn't have a name of the location/address. I was quite unhappy to need to play detective to find where I needed to be. Please be sure to remove this A1 Auto Care from a pick up site!!!

MICHAEL DI arrived at the selected location and was told to go to a different location on Kenoza Ave in Haverhill. The whole thing was very shady. They also lied about the returned fuel amount so now I have to go through a whole dispute process for that.
German PThe staff at A1 auto would not allow me to return the truck. They said they no longer take returns. I had to find another location at that moment and luckily there was one nearby.

Sundaresan BThe right side mirror kept on turning away from the truck, requiring me to have to pull over on the side of the highway multiple times. Also, while gassing up the truck, the gauge wasn’t rising properly while the engine/battery was running, and I pumped about 1/3 of a tank of gas extra, costing more than I needed. Fix these for the next person who rent this, please?

Jessica AOwner was to give me a larger vehicle in which I did not want or reserved for. Because vehicle had not been returned from previous renter. Said I could have larger vehicle same cost as reserved. Came to return van I was chg"d 89cents vs 69cents for milage. No way to get my credit card credited for the differance. Waited 15 min for clerk to scan computer to no avail. I'm out about $16. plus ch'd me 2 gallons of gas. I matched original amount. I don't see these transactions until I get home to review my Email. Poor.
