Returning the truck totally without a person on site was disconcerting.

The truck shut off twice on me. There was no gas. The guy was very rude after check out It was a bad experience with them.

Crhys MI had a réservation with my U-Haul account but I wasnot able to recuperate the truckwhen I arrive. I had to completely start from zéro and rent the truck. It took me 1/2 jour to do it. I was not vers happy.
benoit rTerrible organization and customer service. When I went to drop off the truck, the wrong address was provided and I spent over an hour trying to figure out where to leave the truck and key. Reduculous. Tried calling several times and all that was done is leaving me on hold.
Monica CI'm still waiting for my final receipt 8 hours after returning the truck? Truck had a lot of miles on it and the AC wasn't working. It smelled of body order and Marijuana. So it may need the in cab filter fixed cleaned or replaced.

Julia KI received a phone call from someone at the shop pushing me to provide the payment over the phone before my mobile pick up. Then the truck that we did pick up was clearly not cleaned or serviced prior to handing off to us. There was a can of peanuts left in the cup holder and the truck ended up getting towed before we were even able to pack it. VERY unhappy with service at this location.
Alejandro MVery poor customer service. Took money out for missing items that were not missing they have their product . The owner has a nasty way of speaking to you . I will never rent from them again I prefer going to uhaul direct

Gustavo SWhen we arrived, no one was there and we had to call a number for someone to show up. I think he didn't come in at all that day and wasn't going to come in at all if we didn't call. He said he just "stepped out for a minute." He also did not know how to use the computer to log my information. He seemed clueless when it came to working his computer. He should not be a U Haul dealer it makes the brand look bad.
David BThe men of the Business thought it was in his best interest to try to say that I didn’t return the truck on time He tried to convince me that I was late when I had to go to a baby shower when I was done moving, so therefore it was not possible that I was late to return the truck when I was attending the baby shower for 4 o’clock. so right now I’m just waiting to him to send me the information so I could call my lawyer and then we can go to court.
Kemarley WThis has to be the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. Finding the location isn't easy and when you do there's no one working in the office. I had to call the phone number and be guided through how to get a code because this was NEVER explained to me prior to coming. The guy who I spoke with was rude and condescending. He even had the audacity to tell me I'm not doing it right (twice) when I told him I'm not on the page he's talking about. Once I told him I'm very competent and he's the worst at helping (horrible accent) he decided to say "You want me to cancel the reservation?" NEVER AGAIN! Avoid this ghetto establishment at all costs!!! I will be calling U-Haul Monday morning to tell them about this horrible experience.
James Cthe man helping me to full out the rental agreement which i trjly appreciatrd but he was so rude he was talking to me like im a child i had him on speaker while sittingin my sister car she said ooo hell no who is he tslking to like that? i told he this was the first time i ever got treated like this and it deffiniteṣy would be the last. i csnt wait to rate my experience. the equiptment was fine only agent was HORRIBLE!

Alejandro CSomething was wrong with the power steering and power brakes. It was making a lot of noises and hard to steer, the gas tank was empty and There was water inside the truck and parking was horrible. I also paid for and didn't get hand truck and blankets
ROBERT MLocation was a little confusing. I had called to cone early but when I showed he was closing and I had to do online, which took me about 40 minutes. Reference gas tank issue for my NO on well maintained. Vehicle was clean and operated well, though, but gas tank issue was terribly wasteful of time.
