Please make sure hours of operation are listed correctly. Location did not open until 12:30pm when reservation for truck pickup was 11:00am. Please make sure that representative location is more prompt and courteous at point of contact. Please make sure trucks are safe to drive and clean. Truck was filthy…shoes were located in front can of vehicle. Side mirror on passenger side of vehicle was missing. Service light was on in vehicle for tire. Back door would not close properly to secure vehicle or any of our belongings.

There was no one available for assistance. I called over 10 times and received no answer the A1 financial office had hours listed saying they were open at 9 AM, but no one would open the door or answer the truck that was assigned to me. Had the engine light on I had no idea why and I was unable to get in touch with anyone to find out why or if I could possibly change trucks. The driver‘s door is very hard to close at one point I couldn’t close it at all.
Jessica LThe store hours was from 10am to 5pm on Saturday but no-one was there. My pickup time was at noon, I called and called, no answer. I wanted the truck rental and a Dolly. The app I had to do everything with, only addressed the truck, I couldn't notify anyone that I can't get the dolly since the place was closed and no-one would answer the phone. I got charged for the dolly anyway. I tried to email customer service at: 788001_AFM@uhaul.com about this issue but the email got kicked back with the following message below. I'm not happy with this location at all. I called the location to fix the bill and they can't, the email for customer service failed.. What is going on?? Sonia PI drop off the truck at night, and the place was closed, but the mall where it's located is not nice. Also, there were no signs explaining that the drop-off box was in the back alley. It took me a solid 20 minutes to figure out where the U-Haul drop-box was.

Christopher BFirst I booked U-Haul from 11800 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33025 location, once I reached the location and when I am trying to mobile pickup it asked me to contact Customer Service after calling them it got connected to the agent after 15 to 20 minutes. They said they don’t have keys of the truck which I booked. They they said they don’t have a U-Haul trucks up to 60 miles, then I said I need to urgent then they said they have smaller one at that location then I picked.

Rafael DThere were a warning light, the tires needed air I think. The copilot seat was sandy and also the interior floor. I rented a furniture dolly and it was not available and the location did not let me know before hand.

Jorge Tterrible bad experience 1:30 hours for pick up they charged me twice, I was served by 2 people who did not know how to place the order, they did not respect anything about my reservation, they charged me for a dolly that they did not have, they charged me 1/4 of extra gasoline, I They added things that I did not request, a very bad disaster, I will never return
esteban dTerrible service. We booked a 10' Truck and a handy cart. The cart wasn't given to us, affecting our move-in process. The check-in process took a long time, making us late for our appointments as our booked truck wasn't ready. For the cart we were directed to a different location, where we were told we couldn't be helped.
