Improve the mobile system especially the drivers license reader, at least.
Christopher BFirst I booked U-Haul from 11800 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33025 location, once I reached the location and when I am trying to mobile pickup it asked me to contact Customer Service after calling them it got connected to the agent after 15 to 20 minutes. They said they don’t have keys of the truck which I booked. They they said they don’t have a U-Haul trucks up to 60 miles, then I said I need to urgent then they said they have smaller one at that location then I picked.

Rafael DThere were a warning light, the tires needed air I think. The copilot seat was sandy and also the interior floor. I rented a furniture dolly and it was not available and the location did not let me know before hand.

Jorge Tterrible bad experience 1:30 hours for pick up they charged me twice, I was served by 2 people who did not know how to place the order, they did not respect anything about my reservation, they charged me for a dolly that they did not have, they charged me 1/4 of extra gasoline, I They added things that I did not request, a very bad disaster, I will never return
esteban dTerrible service. We booked a 10' Truck and a handy cart. The cart wasn't given to us, affecting our move-in process. The check-in process took a long time, making us late for our appointments as our booked truck wasn't ready. For the cart we were directed to a different location, where we were told we couldn't be helped.
