This dropoff location is really bad. It's a one-way dirt road! There is no backing up onto a major road (HWY 9), so you're committed once you turn in. I dropped this off after hours, at night, in the rain. The "road" is so narrow, there's no ability to maneuver whatsoever...this is a muddy dirt road, full of potholes, lined with bushes and trees. There is no lighting at all. When I disconnected the trailer, it began to roll on its own due to the slope. I was actually looking for a rock or log to chock the tires - I thought the trailer may actually roll on its own into the highway. Maybe this place is okay during the day with some help, but after hours, this is completely unacceptable and unsafe.

The location was a wood mill. There was no sign on the main street to determine where to turn. A dirt road lead to the location. The people were nice, but it wasn't the traditional store front.
EDWARD PThis location charged me a late fee and a gas fee. I returned the truck a couple of hours late after obtaining the okay from the person managing the location. I don't know what happened with the gasoline. I filled the truck to the same point I picked it up at and have a picture to prove it. I called the location to ask about both of these issues and they never returned my call.
Frank ROnly if you are desperate this location is hard to find even with GPS and they only have 1 truck and no other equipment or dollies
Senetria GIt was easy, fast, and convenient to rent a U haul.
Suzanne KThe staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!
Thomas GThe drop off location is a landscape company. The drive way was not paved and the path to drive to drop off the trailer was rocky and muddy. Terrible experience.
Ryan H1. Location VERY hard to locate. Google maps was useless. Getting out of the business is very difficult as the road is busy. 2. Everyone was very pleasant, but the terrain was rough/tight path. Thankfully after driving over the bumpy ass roads for 1/4 mile, I stopped and significantly tighten the hitch or it would have come off. 3. Drop off was difficult, no one to help disconnect and very limited space to maneuver.
WILLIAM BTo difficult to find. No paved road to enter or exit.
Eric CI was unable to rent my truck due to the code timing out
AJANI JWhole experience poor. Uhaul’s online order sent me to wrong location. Website and mobile failed to reroute me due to errors. Address for 2nd location routed to a neighborhood in Waze. Finally got truck from a long dirt road. Truck was very poor condition, had maintenance light on and very old. The specialist at the location was fine. Seems UHaul’s whole process was broken.
Charles UThe location was difficult to locate, even with Google maps and Apple maps. A note should. Be added to the location with appropriate notes. It is not the location I selected and was changed from the night prior to pickup. The truck had undocumented damage and smelled of smoke. Overall the truck was dirty.
Michael GThe flat 4 plug quit working and caused me to have to make two trips adding additional mileage for which I was charged.
HAROLD TRepresentative was awful!
