Space/drive wasnt good for the return I had. Very small space for the large truck and trailer I had. I struggled.

Make sure you check AFTER EACH use! I was charged a $25 cleaning fee after I stated on their mobile exchange site it was already dirty ! I also stated when I received the truck the check engine light was on because it had 0% oil life AND low tire pressure. This is how I know they aren't check after each use

Needed a truck to finish moving and went to that location. Joyce is very friendly and knowledgeable, it was an easy transaction and very clear direction. It was a pleasure and will definitely use them again if I need a truck!

The truck was filthy both inside and out. We spent an hour and 4 buckets of water to clear the inside of the cabin and founds hands full of dog food, qtips, gum wrappers etc. The bed of the truck was not clean either and we need to sweep that before we could use it. Mover the blanket were dirty. I frankly think some credit is due as this must be well below your standard. I look forward to hear from you.

The equipment wasn't the issue it was the truck it couldn't make it up hills if You weren't coming down a hill. We got stuck on a hill and had to reverse the truck down the hill and stop traffic. Sometimes it didn't go over 30mph.

Several issues: 1- location is behind a car wash with very limited space. The trailer was against the wall with the tongue facing the opposite direction. The only way out was to back up after the trailer was connected. Luckily, my husband pulls trailer on his job and we were able to back without hitting anything. Second: When I made my reservation on the phone, I explained I was taking the trailer load to my storage unit which also rents U Haul and I would like to leave the trailer there. When we picked up the trailer and paperwork, the drop off location was different and about 25-30 miles from my unit. The lady in the office made a phone call and then told me I just needed to call 'them' when I got there. It took a few questions to find out who 'them' was and a phone number. She gave me the 800 number. Sooo, when I was ready to drop off the trailer, I called the 800 number and sat on hold for 15-20 minutes. When the gentleman came on the line, I explained I just needed to change the drop off location. He the gave me another number to call and again it was a 15-20 minute wait for some to get on the phone to also give me another number to call. A young lady finally got on the line and within 5 minutes she had changed my drop off and I was finally good to go. Needless to say, this was an extremely irritating experience from beginning to end. So, I will probable never use U-Haul again.

I dropped off trailer on Sunday 05/17 @ 10:45am. a day early and the "Manager" assured me I would be credited for this. However when I received the invoice it stated it was turned in on 05/18 @9:45. am. I replied to the Email and asked that I be credited for Monday and a new invoice be sent. Nothing so far, not even a response. Horrible customer service.

I used A1 mini storage South Cobb Drive. What a wonderful experience. When choosing a place to rent, I was really nervous. I read a lot of negative comments at other locations. I'm glad I went with my instincts and pick A1 storage. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady who helped. She really made progress painless.

All the folks I've worked with have been great. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They are all the best. Locating and collecting the equipment was a bit of a challenge. I had to go to one location to pick up the truck and then drive halfway across the county to get the trailer. I had to coordinate with each store to ensure one could still be open when I could finally pick up the truck. Otherwise, everything went smooth as silk all the way to the drop-off.

The manager was very nice and I don't hold her accountable for anything. I've rented from UHaul several times just this year - both trucks and trailers. This truck had more miles than any other and the cab was just not as nice. This location is not conducive to moving trucks. There's no room. I was charged for a dolly that the seal was already broken on and charged for fuel when I replaced. I truly believe the slope of this drive and depending on the direction you park the truck will impact the gauge. Actually I know it does. It just a matter of a few dollars, but that's not the point. Just aggravated that I went out of my way and was charged more.

I had already scheduled an new reservation because of the mix up information online. Online information needs to be better

On returning our truck we passed three other u haul places before arriving at our drop-off destination. We were charged for going over our mileage by six miles. The first place we passed would have put us under our mileage. This is something that needs to be looked at. Otherwise the truck was perfect what we needed to do.

My reservation wasn't fulfilled on time or at the reserved location. No one bothered to contact me beforehand to let me know that they wouldn't have any trucks either. They also refused to fulfill the $50 guarantee or compensate in any way. I had to pay the movers for the additional hour that they had to wait.

My reservation was made at one location in person and when i up dated it for a bigger truck at the last minute my location was changed to A-! storage and the lady that runs that location was very rude and unfriendly and my whole experience with them was horrible, I would never recommend anyone to the location and as long as I've used U-haul I have never experienced this type of service the customer service experience was horrible and very unorganized and it caused me an extra day of charges and I was told to get out when I tried to voice my opinion to the lady on how bad her customer service was towards me as a customer and she told me she didn't have time to listen to me she was closed and I needed to leave and she didn't care if i put a complaint on her, she encouraged me to do so, as if to say nothing would be done about the situation. At this point I need a supervisor of someone from corporate to contact me asap regarding this entire horrific experience.

Inspecting the vehicle before I accept it, the odometer reading was 200+ miles over the mileage shown on the invoioce. I told the manager at the Columbus that the mileage was incorrect and he initialed the amount I wrote on the invoice, but did not enter it into the computer system. After dropping off the vehicle at A1 Mini Storage my credit card statement showed charges on my account, that match the mileage difference I told him. Trying to resolve the issue with A1 Mini Storage, she told me that I need to contact the U-Haul Moving & Storage at Box Rd. and have them make the necessary changes. As a I customer I should not have to facilitate and mediate errors made by both franchises. She was rude and unwilling to help. After 10 minutes of discussion, she agreed to help when another customer. It is not the responsibility of customers to bring two franchisees together to resolve problems. I told you the problem It was verified by my statements, credit card and UHaul statements.

to improve for the next customer, do not charge them a random fee of almost $150, have them wait inside of a tiny shack where no more than 3 people can stand inside at one time for 30min past their reservation time waiting to be helped, have the actual truck that the customer actually reserves there for pickup, and have someone other than an elderly lady who can barely hear/understand helping people. Just having a phone conversation with her was exhausting, nice lady though.
