Glenroy SYour computers, was down, delayed my travel, and my arrival appointment to my appointed connection, for unloading assistance at an additional cost ($$); Truck had issues, besides" "not being" clean, in the cab and on the Exterior; ( Key, (sticking) Issues-the ignition key board- at times trouble removing the key, from same) and very slow coming out of 1st. gear (transmission) even at a very slow start!

JACQUELINE MThe salesperson told me one thing and wasn't true. I've wasted money on insurance. I told the lady I was turning the vehicle in in less than 24 hours. I lost 30 on the insurance. The info Givin was that I would get my money back for the insurance. Bc it was based on 15.00 a day. Where is my money. I want my 30 dollars back in insurance that I didn't use!

DeShannon MUHaul representative on site was very courteous and professional. She was knowledgeable with explaining the check in and check out procedures along with answering any questions I had.
Erskine HBecause my move-in date got delayed, I needed to extend my reservation another day. I called in and explained my situation to a representative. I told them that I could return it by 8pm the next day, which was the cut off for 24 hrs but that it would be very tight and stressful for me. They were very understanding and told me that, since it was an after hours drop off, I would not be charged for an extra day if I was a little late. This gave me such relief and I was very grateful for the extra time. However, when I got my bill today I saw I was charged for an extra day anyway. Had I known that would be the case I would have rushed along the process to get it in on time. I have used U-Haul for MANY moves and I’m a little discouraged by this situation.

Also I was charged a whole extra day for 1 and a half hours for after my drop off time which I informed the lady at the front office that it was raining could barely see due to the windshield wipers and the rain and would not accommodate

Garry SI waited 4 hours for the truck, didn't get a call back from the place I rented from to say that the system was up and running since it was down when I went there to get the truck. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience, I really feel like a good amount should have been taken off my bill because I had to jump through hoops that day. I went to another location, no help. When I did get a call from CS, she advised to go back up the road as opposed to the original place, glad I did both because I ended up getting the truck from the original location I rented from. It pushed my plans behind.
Sanite CThe truck was a line above E when I got it so that’s how I brought it back and I was still charged for gas $30. I called complained no response back from management.

Goldton Midid fill up the gas tank to full before i return the truck , now i am get a request for $60 to fill up the truck , this not my first time renting a truck i do it offend and i do what's required to returning the truck clean and fillit up

Deji rI could not finish my move because I was having issues with truck the check engine light came on. And it seem like the truck was struggling to drive so had to return earlier than I expected
Tammy PThe signage for parking returned trucks was incorrect and the personnel wanted the truck and trailer left in two different areas of the front lot. However, the signage pointed to the back and there was little to maneuver to turn around. I had to leave the truck in the middle of the back lot for personnel to drive to the appropriate areas.
Jacquelyn AWhen returning the truck - the U-Haul app did not pick up my location and I was unable to check in via mobile device. This is not an issue for the location but an issue with the app itself. Even when I allowed my location for the app, I was unable to check the truck in.
