The area around this location did not feel safe, although the truck was clean there were no blankets or dolleys that u had ordered and was charged for.

Your app is horrible. It kept crashing. Also, there was no dolly at that location which I reserved and I wasn't notified. Then I had to go to another location. I would never use this method of rental again.

Ken BThe uhaul app wasn't working. Luckily I was able to get a customer service agent who was able to check me in. The truck was a bit dusty on the outside. The driver's door had a dent but I was able to use the truck well.
