It is not a Climate Controlled facility, but for straight up storage it was perfect for our needs.

After a recent long distance move and calling several local storage units, A1 was the only one to return my call. They were very helpful. I got a storage unit big enough to hold my belongings at a fair price. It was clean and easily accessible.

when i initially called a1 storage the lady said the unit would be 100 per month, the second time i called to rent the unit i was then told by the gentelman that the unit would be 120 per month plus an administration fee totaling 140 dollars. i paid for 3 months. i hired a tow truck to try to put the small truck in the unit but the tow truck was unable to get his truck lined up with the unit due to several travel trailers lined up straight across from my unit. a picture of my truck was texted to me along with a message that if i did not do something with my truck by the end of the month that i would be charged for outside as well as the storage unit.since the travel trailers prevented me from getting my vehicle in the unit i texted a1 storage and asked about unit 115-116-117 which appeared empty, i never recieved a response back. i removed my truck from a1 storage on august 23 all though i was paid up through september 25. i called a1 and advised them my truck was no longer on their property as of august 23. yep i got screwed out of 120 dollars. i DO NOT reccomend a1 storage oh and the place was not maintained as the weeds all along the south side were atleast 3 feet tall and the drive way has huge holes that fill with rain water that makes the place a mud bog to get through NOPE I CAN NOT RECOMEND a1 to anyone.

Great, quick and clear communication. Very easy online process to rent. They care about security and made upgrades while I was there, that benefitted everyone without increasing rental fees.

Very clean, very pleasant to work with and lot's of available units. Still needs a lot of grading in their yards, rough driving in and out.

A1 Storage was an excellent storage facility. Everything went very smoothly from signing up to when I ended up moving everything out. Talking to a real person is always really nice to. They were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit.
