Everything was great ,easy access
Brian ZI was supposed to pick up from another location and they didn’t have my truck ready. They said the person never returned the truck. I feel like someone could have let me know because that made me really late. Luckily this location had one. They were very friendly. Will definitely rent from here again.

Charles SOne of the tires on the 10’ truck showed it needed air. I felt safe driving the vehicle because the young man who handed me the keys didn’t think it was an issue but the issue should probably be addressed. Otherwise I had an excellent experience and would recommend the service to anyone. Thank you!

Pascual MThis location was better than the other uehara location that I have first book my appointment with on Vermont and 110th Street I called the call center to book a reservation they never explained to me that you if you need a ramp you need to get the two bedroom instead of the one bedroom so that delayed my moving and cost me more money as well I tried to get a storage over there and the storage room was ridiculous at the one on Vermont so yes the one in Maywood with much better for me it's sad that you have to go out of your jurisdiction just to get better service

And that way the Uhaul location is not going to put what ever they want in the reservation as this location did with my reservation. As it appears here I reserved for to pick up at this location. I end up picking up in this location because the other location did not hold my reservation "Your preferred pick up location on Saturday, May 26, 2018: Happy Hill Properties 4834 S Huntington Dr Los Angeles, CA 90032 (323) 662-1001 A U-Haul representative will contact you to schedule you at the most convenient agreed upon location with available equipment." Uhaul did not contact me about picking up in a different location because Uhaul was no even aware of what was going on. I picked up on a different location just because when I went to pick up at 4834 S Huntington, the owner decide to give the truck to another person, and told me if I wanted the truck I could wait for another customer to do a drop off or I I could go to 5707 Atlantic Bl Ste B Maywood, CA 90270 to pick a truck up. When I did the reservation, I picked up the Happy Hill Properties 4834 S Huntington Dr location because it was the closest one to the place where I needed to pick up some merchandise. I drove 21/2 hours to get to that place and Saturday was the only day that worked for my schedule. Luckly the location at 5707 Atlantic Blade had a truck, but if it wouldn't have any, my trust on making a reservation with Uhaul online would had cost me around 7 hours back and forth to LA, gas, delayed to pick up the merchandise I bought because the place where I needed to pick the merchandise from only open until 3pm on Saturdays.Adding all of this up, a simple careless Uhaul location that did not respect reservation I did online and the time that spent with the owner of the location talking on the phone, would had cost me around more than $1000 dollars. Lastly, Uhaul did not know about this until I called the 1-800 number when I intended to make a review on this location thru Uhaul and the reservation number did not match with the email address.

ramon vUhaul's guaranteed promise is all BS. Was not able to pick up equipment at designated time. I will never use Uhaul again and thats a guaranteed promise.
