Took me 3 hours for UHaul to assist me renting out a 26ft box truck. Earlier today I spoke to a manager by the name of "Becka" & she was very dry with assisting me. The evening of the pickup because of the time it took for the associate there to tell me I was flagged in the system ( when in reality I never owed IHaul anything!!!)))...they did NOT alliw me to make payment for the truck I needed..so they gave me this number to call si they could rekease it..40min later someone answered while i was on hold..by that time uhaul closed then i was sent to another city..which made it more inconvenient)& more time wasted..overall my experience was bad..especially with the female that I spoke to over the phone who claimed to be the manager was not helpful at all..rude..didnt wanna hear me..didnt resolve anything..

I reserved the truck for an 8am pickup but was not given a lockbox code. UHaul could not get ahold of the shop owner. Make sure your shop hours of operation are followed and accurate. I had movers showing up and the inattentiveness to time on the shop owners part made things very frustrating.

Truck needs an alignment! The gentleman who helped me out was very rude and talked down to me. I feel like the tricks should come with Dollie’s in general.

Not happy with the service will not return back to rent the U-Haul lack of communication the people at the store where the U-Haul is parked, did not explain himself correctly and just threw me surprises at the end when it was time to make the payment not happy at all

Fuel level was wrong. Put in over 8 gallons of gas and only drove 33 miles.

Only one person to help and he didn't know how to disconnect the trailer hitch but got help from the mechanic next door. He was alittle excited when we told him we couldn't unhook the hitch but settled down. Somewhat helpful but seemed irritated.

Quit doing add on charges. My drop off location was changed to a different location. Will not recommend uhaul to anyone!

Did not have the truck I ordered and only had a larger truck, which I had to pay more for. I get that is out of the control of the local dealer, but that isn’t a fair practice.
