U-Haul has poor service when you call in concerning a reservation. They can never modify a reservation which is poor customer service. I would advise to look for other moving equipment.

Raymond KHave some on site to give and receive the equipment. I turned in my equipment asked for someone to inspect it before I left and was told that they are not there to do but later received a $25 charge for cleaning when the truck was let clean. When I call the store rep I was told that they only turn in the pictures they do not add the charges.

DEBORAH UDidn't realize that I would be charged a full day charge and another safe move fee for bringing truck back hour and half late. If would have known this i would have finished moving everything instead of rushing to return after I was called and told someone else was wanting to rent truck. I paid for another 6 hrs and only had it 1hr 30min.
