Provided me a damaged truck and then submitted a damage claim and charged me for it. This is completely unacceptable!!!

MICHAEL SRenee was super friendly and courteous and we absolutely loved her great customer service! The 10' truck we reserved was not available due to it not being returned the evening before. Renee was able to secure us the 26' truck at the last minute. We did have to pay for the full rental amount of the 26' truck, which we felt should have been given to us at the 10' price, but that is okay. It was no fault of Renee's.

JOHNNY PThe front desk had headphones in, was on the phone, and was still trying to talking with us when I told her we could wait while she finished the phone call. She was incredibly rude as we were sent over from another location due to the original one not having what we needed but she acted like we were a massive inconvenience because we were sent over to pick up our rental from their site. This was our first time using a U-Haul from this area and I will not be renting one from this facility again due to how we treated.
MEGAN RI would make sure that I am on time opening up. I would make sure the vehicles are clean. Additionally my card has never been charged more than once and for this transaction i have been charged 4 x already. I have reported it and waiting on a mgr to respond when they open up.
DOMINIQUE FThe overall rental process was good. However, I was not please with the way the truck drove. I have driven many UHaul trucks, and this vehicle was the worst one I have ever driven. It seemed to need maintenance. It drove like a diesel truck, hard to accelerate, and I had to drive very slowly.

Kristen HI signed up for $49 not $109. I felt like the sales lady added more charges than necessary.
Donna CI was charged for 4 gallons of gas totally $18.45 which is nonsense. I replenished what i used before returning the truck and even sent them a picture of the gas level when I departed. This is a rip off that you should be aware of and make sure you get a picture of the odometer/gas level before and after the rental as you may need to contest their assertion.
DONALD MI got sick and had to be taken to the ER…. Phone died…. Had someone bring U-Haul following day.. almost $170 in fees… Thanks but no thanks
Nicholas AI was told I would be given the 15ft truck for the same price as the 10ft truck due to the location not having 10ft trucks available. Once I picked up the vehicle I noticed it was never charged as a 10ft truck price, which implies the lady lied about the price change honestly just not truthful the price wasn’t a issue I was just lied to about the price as if I was being given a courtesy discount but I wasn’t unfortunately.

Michele SI was confused that the Uhaul rep at AAA storage said my rate with the moving company was as is and they charged me an extra 60 dollars afterwards for taking my furniture apart. The third party movers should be separate.
