I made my U-Haul account after making the reservation, so I could not connect my reservation to my account. I also could not add my home phone to my account because of needing to send a text, which you cannot do with landlines. Location for pickup was closed and the pickup was done over the phone, which was not bad. However, a letter was left off of my email I did not receive the rental contract and when it was corrected all I received was the reservation. So, I did not have a contract to act as my vehicle registration.

Tony was very helpful and explained everything to me. He even signed me out over the phone because the app wasn't working properly. I was very stressed while moving and Tony made it so easy. Also, during the move, the movers couldn't get my refrigerator up the stairs and into my apt so it sat outside for 2 days and got rained on. Tony asked me how the move went and I explained the refrigerator situation to him. He came over in a couple hours with a helper and some tools and got that refrigerator upstairs and in place. They were very professional, respectful and very careful doing so. They did not rush. They even had to take doors off the house to get the fridge in. They were both very chill and friendly. As soon as they got the fridge in place, I cried a sigh of relief. Even though we agreed on a price for the job, I paid them more. It was worth it. What a great couple of guys. I would call him again if I ever needed a truck or some handyman work. Thank you Tony and Helper.

But the.key drop off box wad clearly marked. The best service I have ever received from any Uhaul experience and I have had several. Tony was awesome!!
