The place is a salvage yard. Despite of the great location, the overall look of the facility tarnishes the Uhaul brand. The representative was not there during the return but he was able to help through a call. He just told me to leave the trailer anywhere and he will just move it later. No other return procedure was done. There are scrap vehicles and parts everywhere. The office itself is less appealing compared to other Uhaul sites.

When I made my reservation on-line I selected Advantage Trailers in Brandon, and my pick up location was changed to ABC. While Sam was great, they did not have furniture pads which required me to go to Advantage trailer. I then had to wait around, until a second contract was made up as either knowledge or system did not allow for these items to be simply added. It would have been a better experience if the reserved equipment was transferred to my original preferred location that could have completed the entire transaction. Additionally, I did not receive any message of a change in location, I only learned of it when I opened the app.

PHILIP FMy experience was great. I had it booked for 1pm, but called to see about getting it earlier and the gentleman said sure but call back tomorrow am, if it's in you can. I called and yup, I got it earlier. Which was such a blessing in thend. Drop off and pick up all went well. They are very pleasant people. I would recommend this location for sure. Remember to say to Oscar, beautiful dog. Thank you very much for the excellent service, from start to finish.

Cheryl HDifficult to navigate through parking lot. No place to be able to back up to hitch into the trailer. The trailer was so dirty which I understand but I don’t think anything has ever been cleaned or wiped down. It ruined my clothing. The person that helped me was on the phone the whole time so would say something and I would respond but they weren’t talking to me and then would say something and I wouldn’t respond and then get angry cause now they were talking to me.

Justin CThe location seemed like a chop shop garage. It took me 15 minutes of wandering and asking random guys walking around where the fellow in charge was. Just the fact that I booked it more than a week ahead of when I needed it, and ended up having to drive 2.5 hours away to pick up the truck is ridiculous. Yeah they gave me a deal by a hundred bucks, but it cost me more than that in gas to get there in my family members vehicle, and then drive the thing back to where I needed it, never mind the fact that it was 5 hours out of my day the day that I was supposed to be packing the truck up to move the following day. On top of all that, I paid in debit and the guy marked it down as cash. So when I went to pick up my $100 debit refund, I was turned around because she didn't have the cash in her till (at drop-off location, not really her fault) so despite making a separate trip over to pick it up, I will still be waiting 4 weeks for my refund. Never again, U-Haul.
