Only detractor is the remote lot where all the equipment is located is not the same location as the office.

24/7 was very difficult to use the location listed is 1.5 miles away from the trucks. To use the phone location to pick up the truck you had to go down the road do the check-in process then go back and pick up your truck. The box was impossible to open had to call someone to unlock the box to get the key. The truck pickup took an hour. Same thing when dropping off the truck you had to go down the road 1.5 miles to start the process then back to the truck to take the pictures and return it very difficult overall. The location was very nice but the process was way to complicated will definitely do counter-pick-up from now on.

24hr drop off - but they send you down the road to an empty parking lot in the woods. Very unsettling experience - will never use this location again. UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I scheduled my rental for location 1.8 miles from house. Total tound trip would have been 10.10 miles. As i was going to pick up van i was informed that my pick up would now be further away. The change added 16.1 miles to my trip. I believe the extra mileage should be refunded as it was uhaul change not mine. I would like to have been given other options.

The lock for the key was borderline unusable and quite frankly dangerous to open. It’s very rusted and extremely difficult to open. We spent over 20 minutes trying to open the lock and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Pickup service with the app at this location is 0/10. You force the user to go to the location where the trucks aren’t at to take pictures that can easily be done at the lot where the trucks are located. This review has nothing to do with the actual location as I have rented from here in the past in person and had a great experience, it’s the app pick up that needs major improvement.

The app is horrible. It never works well. Getting a truck after hours is absolutely frustrating. It shouldn't be that difficult to pick up and drop off a truck.

Only negative. I tried to call and there was no answer. When I was transferred to the answering line I was told the box was full. This happened for 3 days. I finally had to go in.

Your app for iOS is utter crap and had me on a wild goose chase to return the vehicle. Pick up for the vehicle was 1235 Florida Ave (an empty gravel lot with no office or help), and the app said the drop off was 2340 Florida Ave, but the business at that address was closed at time of drop off and directed me back to the pick up location. Your phone support to confirm the drop off continuously dropped or hung up on me and I could NEVER reach anyone who could help. I had to fight with the app to finally return the van and spent way more time doing so than should ever be necessary. Has anyone at UHaul ever tried to pick and return a vehicle over a weekend using your app?!? My guess is that they would have similar problems. Ultimately, This is unacceptable and I will likely never use your company again for a move.

I made a reservation and received a confirmation. When I arrived, I was told there was no truck for me. Receptionist was curt and not helpful. I was given a number to call and it was resolved because another customer agreed to take a larger truck.

my only issue was I filled the tank where it was went I rented the truck and after my return I was charged another $22.50 for gas. Overall, everyone was nice especially Mr. AL Baker

I arrived a few minutes past my pickup time and I was told that I would have to wait an hour and a half to pick up my trailer because everyone leaves the office from 1230-2pm. There was one lady in the office that was very kind and still allowed me to get the trailer. There were no notifications or warning that they were closed for an hour and a half during the day when I was booking the rental. I could have arrived sooner if I would have known as to not inconvenience anyone. There needs to be notification or for it to be clear that they are not available for a time during their business hours. Overall though, great experience and very accommodating employees. I will certainly rent from them again.

Trucks are not parked at the office where you pick up paperwork

Trailer had been used to haul some type of oil based material it had an oily smell and a greasy film covered the floor. I had to put a tarp down to ensure our belongings were protected; then the tarp had to be disposed of at the end of our journey. Other than that the trailer performed great, and the rental staff at both ends of the trip were awesome,

Over the years we have had nothing but great customer service from this location. Yesterday the owner/manager fully blocked the entrance to their facility with his personal pickup truck. I was forced to park in an unsafe position. This person refused to move his truck, didn’t acknowledge me as a customer, and simply didn't care the he was causing everyone around him to be inconvenienced.

Drop off location had nowhere to park and no advance warning that you couldn’t actually drop off there. Had to go down street. Had difficulty with app. Pics wouldn’t upload so never got a confirmation that the truck was checked in. Then got a call at 7:30 am needing the key. We had the truck rented until Sunday so assumed we could return at our leisure Saturday as we had no way to know the truck had been checked in. So we had to jump out of bed to return key. Horrible experience. Very annoying procedure. Lady was friendly when key was dropped off but that was only good thing about the experience. Won’t use this location again.
