Long story short I booked my trailer for 9-1-2025 but was informed 2 days before the location was closed which really put me in a bind. I talked to the location about making arrangements to either pick it up a day earlier or them making arrangements for me to pickup on the 1st and was promised either way they would call me, but no call or return my call or text. This location did not book my reservation that was 2809 North Avenue and they were open on the 1st which really was confusing and I followed up with them who confirmed they were open on the 1st. If I found anyone at fault it would be the location who booked the reservation, if this sounds confusing now you know how I felt.

Jeffrey MWas it perfectly clean No. The windshield, windows, and mirrors could have been cleaned better. I tried the car wash but that did not work. Had to use the window scrubber at the gas station. As far as pick up location it fine as long as someone is there. They did not answer the phone when I called. The phone number that is on the door is the one I called. If they had answered and told me that they would be there in 10 or 15 minutes I would not have mind. She was very nice, talented, and helpful. Need to have a video for people that are going to drive over mountain passes. Now for the check out process. Need to have a parking lot so you can take the all the pictures and you need to give people a lot more time to take the PICTURE'S ⚫ That way if there is a problem they can take a picture of it.

GREGORY BEmployees do not know how to correctly hook up a trailer (specifically the chains) and should be trained. They're great though and do a good job.
