I called Ben 1st thing in the morning, because we needed a trailer that same morning. He was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed on the phone. When we arrived, he took his time to explain how to secure the truck we were going to tow … then we were on our way. So nice!

I did not realize in advance that I wouldn't be able to show up earlier than my scheduled time at 9AM because the facility is otherwise closed and locked before opening. The owner was very friendly, however. The hauling bay of the truck was not swept clean, and the cup holders in the cab were broken.

Remember to give your address when calling the renter the day before pickup, as your location was not the pickup location I selected online. So I went to the wrong place first.

I didn’t like that I was double charged for this. It was supposed to be a hold and they charged me. Contacted the location and he said he’d look into it an call me back. I have yet to receive a call back nor a refund on my 62.16 on hold!!!

I swept out the back and cleaned all the trash out and the guy in his ghetto ass lot was saying I didn't clean it to his expectations because of a thin layer of dust on the floor when i dropped it off

Ben was having trouble connecting to the UHaul website. He believed the issue was with the UHaul server as his internet connection was otherwise working okay. This made the pick up process take longer than it should have, but overall the pick up did go well

Did not notice until we drove 18 hours across state the back tires on the truck we're completely bald I Towing Mustang on a ramp behind me when I return the U-Haul in Marshalltown guy said I cannot believe they let you leave like this the truck was filthy empty put me and my two kids in danger driving that truck
