CARLOS VBen was very helpful and had the equipment we needed. He even stayed late so we could pick up our tow dolly on the way out of town - which saved us a full day of travel.

CARLOS VI called Ben 1st thing in the morning, because we needed a trailer that same morning. He was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed on the phone. When we arrived, he took his time to explain how to secure the truck we were going to tow … then we were on our way. So nice!

Martha KI did not realize in advance that I wouldn't be able to show up earlier than my scheduled time at 9AM because the facility is otherwise closed and locked before opening. The owner was very friendly, however. The hauling bay of the truck was not swept clean, and the cup holders in the cab were broken.

Cody GBen was having trouble connecting to the UHaul website. He believed the issue was with the UHaul server as his internet connection was otherwise working okay. This made the pick up process take longer than it should have, but overall the pick up did go well

MALINDAJO MDid not notice until we drove 18 hours across state the back tires on the truck we're completely bald I Towing Mustang on a ramp behind me when I return the U-Haul in Marshalltown guy said I cannot believe they let you leave like this the truck was filthy empty put me and my two kids in danger driving that truck

Matthew LThe online registration do not list my truck as a tow vehicle: 2016 Chevy Colorado 4x4 crew cab long bed with 2.8 liter diesel. Only the gas models, that have different tow ratings, were available on the drop-down.

I have to ALWAYS start over with the rental process of license, credit card, phone, name etc. I have a home staging business. Why can't I be LOGGED IN as a returning customer?
