Make sure you include the purchased rental items in the truck. Mine was missing the appliance dolly, regular dolly and the blankets. So we had to go a hour round trip out of our way to pick them up. The inconvenience and time delay, along with extra gas cost is terrible. No excuses…just bad service. Heck you should’ve had us go there (place to get the missing items)for everything at once, truck included.
