There seemed to be a problem with the return as one employee told me it was late , I had called the woman who dispatched it to me and informed her when I dropped it off , it was all cleaned in fact I used Clorox wipes to clean up the cab , so basically I sanitized it , got it with 3/4 of a tank , returned it with a full tank , I take care of ALL equipment as if I own it and now another employee has told me it was logged back in late , I'm not in charge of log ins or outs , I covered my butt by calling the dispatcher after I put the key in the mailbox the day it was due back ! I hope these issues stop and please go back to handing out the PAPERWORK FOR RENTALS ! can't read the micro words on some contract without having to go somewhere else to download off the phone to be able to read what they are saying ! But all in all it was a nice clean truck , nice distribution place great guy , and unless some nonsense starts by the other person ( Breanna ? ) , if and when I need another truck I know from what guy I'd want to get it from ! Thanks for the help and allowing me to let you know what problem I have to deal with now !

The store was closed when we dropped off the truck.
CLIFFORD LThe location is another business and not a very active business. Location was not marked well and no one came to meet me or lead me to where to put the trailer. When I went inside it took a minute or so to find someone and then they told me to put the trailer next to the others and come back in instead of assisting me. It then took a while before I could get a receipt and it came as a ln email. The lady was nice enough.
christopher rThis was the worst UHAUL experience I have EVER had! The individual at the front desk could not speak any English, at all! The UHAUL app did not work, I had to call/live chat six times to try to return the vehicle. This was an absolute, terrible experience. As a side note, I know in our world that people complain about the smallest things. I am not that person! I haven't written a negative review in over two years. This was such a terrible experience, I felt compelled to tell everyone.
JENNIFER TI did an online/virtual drop off, as it was a Sunday and the location was closed. All seemed to go well with the drop off/photo upload, etc. However, I never received any notification on Monday or Tuesday that my drop off was successfully received and that my final billing was complete. I'm left a little concerned that something didn't go right.
