Remote check in should not disable if you aren’t within 1 hour of pickup time. Had the same issues with the remote on drop off. It’s convenient but it also needs to work.

When the car dolly tire straps are stuck to the plate form try to chip the ice off it so we don’t have to spend an hour trying to get them loose.
