MAXIE D- the trucks tires were clearly misaligned and were creating very load road noise in the cab - the doors were hard to shut - the location is very confusing on where/how to park to pick up the truck (and the signage instructing customers not to block passageways was pretty insanely worded) - the drop off location for the truck is not actually the lot that’s listed in the instructions in the app, I had to call the 800 number to find out I needed to park in a lot across the street
Alex RDropped off equipment was easy but not sure why there was an additional charge for this rental. I opened a conflict but it was apparently resolved without my knowing or any updates

Brian MReturning trucks after hours is not well done. There is no access to the main lot. There are minimal outside the fence parking spaces. The overflow is street parking “between the yellow lines”. These are not well marked on a street that is very busy with lots of no parking signs. After hours return instructions and procedure need to be better.

LLOYD SThe staff was super helpful in helping me get the car carrier off the back of my van… The location seemed a bit sketchy to me as a country person but they have a lot of cameras present and an easy drop off system for night time/after hours.

patrick lIt took me over an hour to pick up a rental truck because the mobile app was not working. The first rep I spoke with couldn't help and transferred me to a live verification rep. I was on hold for that rep for over 30 minutes before anyone came on the line to assist me.

Paul KOn my reservation I put that I would like an appliance dolly. The location accepted my reservation and said everything was available. When going to pick up the truck there was no appliance dolly. By the time I could go to other uhaul locations they did not have one or were closed. This was very frustrating

Quita NYour check-in process through the phone is absurd... I was unable to complete because you wanted an "alternate contact" and tried to call my brother at 8 am, and then held my rental because he didn't answer. Do you understand that people have jobs and lives ...and there are even some people out there who don't have friends or family? You had my credit card on file, there is absolutely no reason for this phone call process.
Kyle LThey were very helpful and efficient in picking up / getting me started with the move! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they weren’t very clear on how to return the truck after hours — it seemed like it would be just drop off in front and leave the keys, but really there is an online return process that you need to do (I was able to find on U-Haul’s site, but would’ve liked to know in advance).
