Not picking on just this location, but I was told 3 different drop off locations prior to this one. Went to each one and was told differing reasons why they couldn't take truck. Took over 3 hours - and extra gas and mileage! - to finally find one that accepted it. Traffic just kept giving me a different location with no explanation of why the previous one(s) wouldn't accept their promised return! This one did finally accept it after discussion, but the location is very smaill and doesn't seem to be "dedicated" to UHaul business (e.g. only one other truck on lot!). They sell storage sheds which is apparently their main business.

The fuel was not correct, the truck fuel initially had 50 miles to empty. I didn’t say anything about it when I started the truck because I thought the fuel gauge would adjust. Therefore I returned the truck with the exact amount, then they charged me an additional $13+ for fuel, and they only had one size truck, the larger truck in which I need a smaller truck once again I had to pay extra money because it was an emergency and I had to rent it. I’m out of pocket $260 for the rental of 5 hours I personally will use Lowe’s or Home Depot from here on out at least I can use my military discount.
