Clerk was new and knew nothing about the drop off

Vehicle was broom clean. It met expectations. However, it did need air in one of the tires and after driving about 200 miles the "add engine oil" light went on. I added a QT of the recommended oil. The recommendation is not fair/applicable as I no longer know anyone in the Buffalo area to recommend this location to.
