Rep that was inside was not at all helpful with understanding the process on how to obtain the code to get keys. When we called the customer service line, we finally understood the process. Tried getting keys and they were stuck in the lock box…took forever to get them out. Then the key would not open the truck. Had to wait on a call from the location manager and suggested he give us the code to grab another truck instead of waiting for him to get there. A lot of time wasted…location manager did try to help and ultimately got us on our way…but it was not a smooth process.
