I had to redo my rental while in the store. The cashier had to call someone to help him work the system. I had to actually do the computer work myself on his computer. English was not great, lack of communication. I will never rent from that store again. What should have. Taken 5-10 minutes took 45-55 minutes. It was very time consuming and I was working in a certain time frame, do to the people I had helping me. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Too much to write here. Thoroughly disappointed
Janna SThe pickup took more than 30 minutes to complete even when I chose the self check in option. The person attending me did not know how to complete the check in process & had a friend on FaceTime helping him. I even finished some of the check in process myself on his computer. Overall very poor experience.
