I got over charged. Rented for one day got billed for two days. Will not use uhaul again.

Chad AThe owner was very nice, so this is not a review of them; however the location is a giant mud pit in the middle of nowhere. It was pouring rain, and we had to stand outside while the owner basically called U-Haul customer service & did self check-in. I could have done this from home instead of standing in the rain. If U-Haul assigns you this location, I’d ask for another location.
Amy GImproper maintenance of vehicle caused a near-catastrophic accident with potential loss of life. I will be detailing this on an email to uhaul and expect a full refund for not only the vehicle but all expenses incurred during my trip.

Steven HAJ was there along with a regional representative Mr. McCarthy, and they could not have been more helpful. AJ jumped in and took care of everything. The process could not have gone more smoothly, the customer service could not have been better. WAY above and beyond. You really felt like you were being taken care of.
