It was the closest drop off point for m hence very convenient. It was a late night drop off hence there was no one on sight.

They didn’t have the truck # that we were assigned so we had to take another random truck that had none of the moving equipment we had ordered

I love this location and the staff at the Auto pair are very helpful and nice. But the U-Haul app is very bad and we waited for 45mins to get the truck. It’s the system problem.

No issues with the location, but many issues with the UHaul experiencce and mobile app - First not all equipment ordered was reserved (truck only, not the dolly/blankets that were ordered) and NO clear instructions include in any communications on how to remotely pick up and return the truck. I had to call UHaul multiple times and was an hour late for my move-out elevator reservation. Then upon return, there was NO instruction to close out the contracct, when I tried to do so on the mobile app, it continued to crash and not accept the pictures I was submitting, so I gave up and again had to call. For some reason, even after calling the contract was not closed and I ended up being charged for 3 DAYS OF USE, even though we returned it same day within the the timeframe it was booked. I had to call several more times before finally receiving a credit for the extra charges. Overall, AM Auto Repair was great and UHaul itself was a huge disappointing mess. The truck worked great though, so I guess am grateful for that at least.
