They didn't have the furniture dolly in the back of the U-Haul when it was on my contract and I had to call uhual customer service and they where able to give me a location that I can pick one up from. But had to drive out my way to pick it up
Joy PI was over charged by 30 km even after pointing out in person that mistake the final bill still had the wrong number.
Joel PThe lady at this location did not understand how mobile pick up worked. After I had already filled in the info online on my iPhone, she insisted I had to repeat the process on her phone despite my attempts at explaining I had already filled out the info. I was charged twice for the same truck rental on two different credit cards. Fortunately I called uhaul that same day and spoke to a nice lady who helped sort it out and I got the charges reversed on one of the credit cards. I also pre-booked a furniture mover for $7 and it was not in the truck and there was none available at this location.
Shelly AI have filled the gas as per the level mentioned on the document and agreed on a credit of $23 if I fill the gas correctly. I followed the procedure but I have nt received the credit. I filled the gas as per the requirement at the gas station but the gas gauge level changed after few minutes which is not my problem is a faulty gauge
Sajith VCustomer service was not great at pick up and drop off. I asked for a certain location for drop off and it was not the right location when I went to drop it off. I paid for 12 furniture blankets only got 5. I had to uninstall the dollies in the back and un freeze the back of the uhaul to get into it. No wiper or tools provided to clean off the snow on the uhaul. A quarter tank of gas in the tank on rental. On drop off the associated dis not speak english. I get called about not dropping off on time, when I dropped off early... Overall not a good uhaul experience.

William FI had the worst experience of my life at this location. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 11 AM but didn’t get the keys until 1 PM. After completing my registration through the app, I was instructed to go inside the store to grab the keys. The store attendant could barely speak English and called the owner, who insisted they needed my credit card and driver’s license. I didn’t feel comfortable providing that information, especially since everything had already been paid for and approved through the app. I called customer service, but after being transferred to someone handling truck rentals and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I gave up and hung up. I tried again with the store attendant, who connected me to the owner. Unfortunately, the owner also barely spoke English and claimed they didn’t have my registration. I called customer service again, went through another long wait, and eventually got connected to someone who could help. Finally, after over two hours, I was given the keys. This entire ordeal was a complete waste of my time. The store attendant was clearly untrained, and the owner had no idea how to resolve the issue. I will never use this location again. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Christina BThe truck was clean. Everything worked. Staff was very helpful. Zero issues. My move went smoothly. Only thing I would recommend is a back up camera on the truck.
Mukul CThe owners were not very strong communicators, the truck was in poor cleaning condition and maintenance, it road very poor. The breaks were very bad.
Nathan BDebit machine was broken. Clerk insisted on using credit card because she didn't want to use the store debit machine. Truck had stuff in it from previous users. Clerk did not do pre-rental walk around or check with me. When I returned the truck- the Clerk working did not know how to use the uhaul portal and could not send confirmation to me of rental return. Insisted that his boss would do it via text sometime soon and asked me to leave several times. Extremely shady business. First time ever using uhaul and it was beyond awful.

STUART MWe were supposed to pick up our vehicle from a different location and then location was changed without any notice. No truck was there upon arrival. Did not receive a call the evening before. The person who did call 5 minutes before pickup was extremely unhelpful.
