Literally took me 45 minutes to find this location. Horrible online address. Should have “special directions” to find. 3 nearby U-Haul rental places who did not know where this spot was. Was moving kids out of college and putting possession in storage nearby. Time was of essence and this was a horrible experience. Should have a complete refund. Employee was terrific though!!!

JEANNIE SFlew to tempe to pick up U-Haul for moving daughter back to TX. Had some problems with getting into truck after hours and Doug came to the rescue. Doug could not have been more helpful and friendly. Drove from his house to come help and set everything up. Can't thank him enough for all the help.
Max HDoug was very helpful in our mobile check in.. He was actually answered the phone at 9pm and let us know where to park. Great customer service! Some of the best service we've experienced with Uhaul! He went above and beyond what would be expected from a uhaul dealer!

Mark ZGot charged for a dolly even though I want provided one. Manager had me go to a different location to pick up dolly and they were also out. Could not remove dolly from bill.

He was arguing with a female and was not really able to answer any of my questions due to him being in an office with the female arguing. I was very confused on the steps i had to do to return the uhal. Not very friendly or helpful
Delia MCaptain Doug did an excellent job at communicating and relaying expectations. The truck was ready, in perfect condition and the hand off was easy peasy. I would certainly recommend not only using U-Haul, but this location in particular as well. In and Out!
