Picking up the Car dolly process was good. The problem came the next morning when we were loading our vehicle in 29 â€¢ weather- frustration! 1. Ramps would not lock in and kept slamming to ground or popping out when mounting car. Thought they were going to damage our car. Had to use a couple of boards under ramp to get car mounted. 2. Dolly should have been wider for our car. Called the lady at UHaul and she wasn't familiar with the car dolly and referred us to an 800 number in which you get put on hold. 3. Was told in Kansas there were no drop off locations near Willcox AZ and to just call around for a location when we get there. There is a UHaul Dealer here but we had to call Traffic to get a location assigned to us or we would be charged.Garry L.

Drop your prices to a reasonable amount for what the customer is renting. uhaul has become a monopoly for trailer rentals and their greed will be their undoing.Shelly F.

Our original "reservation" was scheduled for pickup in Manhattan, KS. UHaul moved our reservation location to Junction City, KS. This was a HUGE inconvenience & the customer service rep on the phone was EXTREMELY disrespectful! Thankfully the gentleman at AA Self Storage was kind & courteous. So yes, I will DEFINITELY recommend AA Self Storage, BUT I will think twice before using UHaul again in the future! This was very upsetting. Why make a "reservation" when you can't count on it being in that specific location...Victoria M.

The uhaul that I received from this location burned my mom's leg and the roadside assistance people and uhaul people I called did not properly assist me. I was disappointed in the experience and will never get a uhaul again.Stephanie H.
Although I had originally asked for a pickup in Manhattan, Kansas, I was rerouted an additional 20+ miles away to Junction City (with my approval with the U-Haul scheduler). Fortunately, this location sits right on I-70, with easy off/easy on access. The office clerk was friendly and helpful, and had all of the paperwork ready to go. I would likely choose this same location again based on the staff and location. The only 'con' was that I had to drive a bit further than I had originally planned.Michael A.

This really isn't about the location. It is about the UHaul CSR that I talked to on the phone. I made 2 reservations, and my 2nd reservation was "lost". The phone CSR claims to have told me information that was never explained, if it was, I wouldn't have chosen this company. The locations were fine, the uhaul CSR was not so much.Lisa S.

Online I rented in "Salina,KS 67401". I really was dissapointing to get a call that my location for pickup was in Junction City, KS. Out of my preferred location by over 40 miles.Brent M.

The level of gas when I received the rental was not at full according to the amount of fuel that I had to put in it upon return. I drove a total of 35 miles and it took me 9.931 gallons to fill the tank to the full position before returning the rental. Unless your rental trucks are only getting 3.5 miles/gallon, the tank was clearly not filled prior to me renting the vehicle. I would like to be refunded the additional money that I spent to fill your rental.Richard K.

You had the wrong truck after I reserved a week out. Smaller truck meant not getting everything in one move. But nobody I talked to really cared. I didn't use U-haul for the other loads!DOUGLAS F.

I was in such a rush to get my truck loading that I forgot the dolly. They called me before I even made it home to inform me that I had forgotten it. They were also very punctual in contacting me after I made my order online to set a pick-up time and drop-off place/time. The employees were very courteous and personable.Ross I.

I lost 11 hrs of usage of the uhaul because the gate code was not reset at the storage unit. The same place I rented uhaul. I and just got a machine because its not open after a certain time. When I returned it I stated I needed some type of credit for the hrs I was shorted because I couldnt complete my move and have no other way to move the items from storage, not to mention the arrangements I made for help. I understand the code error is not uhauls fault, but they are representing uhaul in renting the product. I was told they are basically the middle man and wouldnt have much luck w uhaul. I am asking for a full refund or at least credit to use a uhaul this week and some type of gas/mileage credit as well. I dont feel I should have to pay double. The items would have been taken in one of the trips I made so I shouldnt have to pay for it again. I will post on contact form as well. I will say that the actual storage company is a great place to store your items.KIM H.
