Very happy with U-haul. Will not rent from this location again. Seemed like the guy really didn't want to be at work or help out. Asked him a question about the rental and he shrugged his shoulders. Had to call corporate who took care of the issue. Thank you corporate.Marc B.

Representative informed me that I was able to return my uhaul rental to any location. I showed up at a different location to be informed that was incorrect. It was a waste of my time and money to then have to drive the truck back to the original rental location. The representative also did not want to walk the truck with me prior to leaving. He handed me my paperwork and that was it. I had to walk the trucks in the parking lot to identify which truck was mine.leigh anna B.
I have rented the truck in advance, I did the whole process from my phone and everything was good but when I get there the place was closed and I have to wait for the person in charge of this location for about 30 minutes, right after his very old PC or/and internet system was super slow, he couldn't finish the reservation and must call to get permission from UHaul to give me the key, because he never get his PC back to work...first time that I have issues renting a truck from Uhaul..I will never use this location again.Ricardo M.

I called to extend my rental to Saturday night and was told â€œgo ahead, we are closed Sunday so we will charge you for the day regardless if you return it after hours or not. I then arrived at 5:50PM (10 minutes prior to close on Monday and the employee was already gone. As a result I was charge an extra day of rental+insurance due to an employee closing early. Ridiculous and will be using a friends truck next time I move again.Tyler K.

We returned truck to the specified place in Lake Havasu. We were told it doesn't come here and were sending us to another place. A man came in and said they will keep it rather than making us take it across town. Very polite and helped us. Where we rented in Riverside CA, don't know why he sent us to the wrong place but overall, it worked out very well. We commend the dealer in Lake Havasu. Thank you guys!Lee M.

I went to the office initially and was told the trailer had a full tank. during paper work but later i found that the tank was not full I brought it up to the attention of the service guy he did the adjustment with a pen on a piece of paper and we both initial it. but he did not add a copy on my paper work and also did not change it in the system. and at the final destination i top the gas to the level i know it was when i took it . and to my greatest surprise ,He had indicated full tank and i was stock I had to take the truck back to another gas station to top it up at my expence. I ended up spending $20 more just to get only $9.95 rembursement. I had to call this guy back and have him talk to the U haul guy in brawley.felix Q.

Steve reimbursed me for safety chain. Uhaul texted me twice with an overdue equipment notice and I turned in all of my equipment on time. The first customer service agent I spoke with was extremely rude and his customer service was so poor that I asked to speak with his supervisor, who then checked and told me that my equipment was not overdue and the text should not have been sent.JAMES R.

We had to drive 30 minutes away, when we had a UHAUL dealer 1 mile from our house. I think this is unneccessary for the person moving. The UHAUL dealers should accomodate us to the full, especially with the expense we already have with our move.
