They were only open til noon on Sunday and the trailer was missing the dolly rental I paid for, so we couldn't alert them it wasn't there. Not a major deal so long as no charge appears for an unreturned dolly that I never received in the first place, we ended up not needing it. The customer service experience was otherwise fast and efficient and the trailer was in good working order.Hans F.
Signage- Address- Driveway- all made it very difficult to locate & pull into. Appeared to be partial apartment parking lot? Dirt? Narrow drive & no clear signage of where to park or where to leave trucks. Nice gentleman.... when I finally found him. Just not a very desirable area.RHONDA K.

I can't say I see a lot of room for improvement. Customer service was awesome and I would recommend that location to everyone. The gentleman that helped me went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. In my opinion he deserves recognition for impeccable customer service.MAX W.

originally I had a reservation at Bayshore u-haul and was to pick up the trailer when they opened at 8:ooAM, Monday. Was called at 10 minutes to 8:00 Monday telling me that the trailer was out of service. I know they had the trailer Sunday because I saw it when I drove and talked to them about your internet and phones being out of service. They said nothing to me at that time that the trailer was out of service.KENNETH B.

This location was very hard to find, and even harder to get into. The alley that it was located in was right next to a red light, and almost impossible to get into with a large truck or trailer. The guy running it was pretty nice though.JOSHUA A.

Service Rep on site should double check on rates being applied before running the credit card charge. I had a special rate from Traffic, and because they'd run the full rate, I had to call the UHaul customer service to get the credit. I was on hold for 38 minutes, then told I had to call a different number. That person was helpful, but said it had to be submitted to someone else for approval and it would take 72 hours. It would have helped to get it right the first time.Paul P.

The staff at the pick up location was very nice and was very willing to help. This location does not offer any additional items like moving blankets or packaging materials which was disappointing I was not pleased with the fact that the facility that was suppose to have my truck ready had closed down permanently. After a few phone calls I was told to pick up a new truck over an hour away from my residence. I was eventually called by a area manager who was very polite and helpful. He made sure the truck and the trailer I needed was at the same location. It all worked out but still not the kind of thing you need before a 3000 mile move. The biggest issue was the truck/ engine. The V10 is a terrible idea for a 26 foot box truck. Fuel mileage was below 5 miles per gallon in some areas. The truck hardly had enough power to make it over the mountain passes in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. I could not maintain speed on hills without putting the truck in to manual mode. This made the entire drive stressful not to mention the insane fuel bill that came with the underpowered motor struggling the entire way. I know why you choose the V10 over a diesel motor but the chose makes it worse for the consumer. I will not recommend a Uhaul product to anyone attempting the same style move as me.Ryan M.

The web pickup process did not work for me. The system could not see my photo to verify against my drivers license, yet the attendant could see it when he came in at 8AM to complete the pickup process. The system also could not accept my credit card payment, that was accepted 2 weeks earlier with my initial reservation. I will not use the web pickup again, I will just wait for the office to open and do this "old-school". The attendant was very helpful and friendly. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE TRUCK HAD INTERMITENT FUEL PROBLEM. ACTING LIKE FUEL PUMP NOT SUPPLYING FUEL AT TIMES UNLESS I PEDEL THE ACCELERATOR TO INCOURAGE IT TO KEEP RUNNING ! ACTED LIKE RUNNING OUT OF GAS AT THOSE TIMES!GARY C.
Smelled like cat pee inside the office and seemed pretty run down / shady inside office. Person helping was nice. Vehicle was obviously NOT cleaned much less sanitized since last use with hand prints on the windows, and food debris and wrappers in the floor of the rental. Had MASSIVE issues with the stupid uhaul app. Ended up having To do checkin manually.matthew R.

Mr. Wilson, the service representative, was professional, friendly and quick. He was thorough and knowledgeable regarding the rental contract, options, and responsibilities. I left feeling satisfied and confident with my rental. He is an asset to your company. The only issue with this facility is the physical location. Its driveway is in kind of in a tricky spot almost right at the corner of Pacific and Lilly. Overall this is the second time I have used this location and will not hesitate to use it again and recommend it to others.DAVID L.
