Maureen MI was overcharged initially for a small amount and I called to have it corrected. Then I got overcharged for the $19 I was charged $29 and mileage $.99 to $1.19 then after only using 9 miles I put 2.3 gallons of gas as I knew it was at the same on fuel gauge. Then I was told fuel charge also. I agreed on one price and no matter how big or small it’s not ok.

Nicholas Cappointment was for 9am and we had hired guys to help us move, but nobody was there until 930am so we paid for 30 minutes of time to the guys we hired to sit around and wait. then we were told the truck had 3/8 of a tank, but it did not and we have pictures to prove it. then we were charged a re-fueling fee even tho we filled it to the exact level it was at when we picked it up. and we have pictures to prove that too. then we emailed your customer service to dispute the fuel charge and noone responded. absolutely terrible customer service
Edward CHad challenges with the app and mobile pickup (which is not the location's issue). Vehicle had small crack in windshield which was not noticed until after check-in, but before driving the vehicle. Was too late to submit new photo.
