Do not take anyone to that place! Very bad service. They humiliated me, treated me very badly and my rental was for 5:15 and they delivered the truck to me at 5:50 with a very bad temper and after I had to make several calls to customer service because those who work there did not want to deliver it to me and they spoke to me very ugly, they ignored me every time I tried to get the truck and they kicked me out of the store. I had to wait outside while I called customer service because they kicked me out of the store without me doing anything. They only told me that I did not have a rental without even asking my name or reservation code. and all I had to do by phone. with another person because the person in charge of the rental was not there, I had to wait until he could communicate with the person on the phone and for him to tell those at the store that they could deliver it to me.

Employee had no idea on how to complete the reservation. Poor customer service. Employee was in the attending a phone call while trying to figured out the reservation steps. Lack of knowledge of the process. Proper information was not provided. I got charged for dolly and blankets that I did it requested or asked for. Highly doubters these items were available at the store anyways. Returning my vehicle experienced was even worse. I returned my car on time, but the staff in charge of closing my ticket did not close it until next day. The only reason they close the booking it because I called U-Haul do to a push notification I received. This placed make U-Haul brand looks unprofessional and with no care for customer service.
Rafael RUnprofessional they kept saying they need a call to verify the rental is ready to be given out. I told them I never had to do this before. He got upset and walked away and had to me speak to another employee. Instead of waiting on the call I called U-Haul my self and explained my situation. The rep stated thats not the way it goes and to give my key. The clerk then stated you have the key now get the F**king Store.
JONATHAN JPlease improve the drop off location if you’re using 3rd party because i dropped my rental trailer on time but after a week i received a call that they can’t find the trailer. It’s frustrating because the drop off location i was told it’s the same place I dropped and called Oscar to let him know i dropped the trailer but still it was not registered in the system until 3 weeks later.
