During my check out online, I put the amount of gas that was given to me before I left the pickup store. The app still charged me for gas and I would like a refund immediately. Please and thank you.
KENNETH CThis location is pretty old and run down. Office/customer area really needs to be cleaned and updated. Truck was very good except several times it was difficult to get up to speed after idling ... like from being stopped at a light. Truck performed well in all other things.
Don DIt was made very difficult to pick up the truck using the mobile pickup. My card was charged but never went through on the app. When we went to a U-Haul store we were told that there was nothing they could do. We ended up receiving the keys to the truck almost 2 hours later after calling the customer service line. Overall very displeased with my experience and will not be using again during future moves
Trevan TI didn’t have to speak with anyone there. They key drop box was easily accessible which made drop off easy
Teresa DWhen I picked up the truck, the fuel was on "Empty" with a message on the dash that read "33 miles to Empty". I took a photo and reported it to the agent onsite. He called another UHaul person, and she told me over the phone that my record had noted this fuel level and to just return it with at least that same level. But when I returned the truck today in Stuart, FL reading "45 miles to empty", UHaul directed that unless the truck was returned at 1/4 of a tank, that I'd be charged a stiff refueling fee. I asked for an appeal ofthis decision to the regional boss, but that did not happen. So I was required to buy gas for UHaul beyond the fuel that I used. Not only did I return this truck a day earlier than required, but having spent over $1000/yr on UHaul rentals each of the past few years, I can tell you that this fuel fraud sickens me. I am done with UHaul. But I will write letters to see if this fuel fraud is systemic at UHaul.

brenton rThe site deals primarily with tires and should not be compared to a standalone U-Haul place. The young lady helped me back into my spot and helped me with the hitch when I had a little trouble disconnecting.
Bradley WLocations looked VERY unkept No knowledgeable person was around. Whoever installed the Uhaul didn’t even have shoes and walked on flip flops He didn’t know how to install or put the safety features. I had to stop him and tell him how. After he finished I had to redo everything I will NEVER come here again
Sal MThe equipment was not closely inspected and the rivots came out of the left rear tailight and it was lost during return trip. We tried to clip it on, but the vibration was too much. The location and customer service was excellent, juts unfortunate with the tail light.
Paul MSketchy tire place with no place to park a car - would have never rented from here but had no choice as original pick up location had not truck.
CAROLINE HWe were told that if we got there before 5, the individual would help with check out. Absolutely no help. Our phones didn’t have good service to complete it on our own so we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying multiple phones to check out.
Stephen MThis was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. There was nobody at the location to check me in and I was made to call and wait on someone to come. When I dropped off there was no spot open to put the trailer on nobody would help direct while I backed the trailer into a spot where there was less than six inches clearance on each side. I was then charged for two days when I had the trailer for 4 hours.
Blake DYour mobile checkout/in experience is terrible. The location services didn’t work on either end (my location services were ON on my phone). This resulted in a 45 minute delay on the front end, which wasn’t great considering I needed to pack the truck for a 6-hour drive. On the back end, I had to call the following business day to be sure they had gotten the truck and keys. Total nightmare all around.

chappel bThe UHAUL mobile app was useless when returning the vehicle. Could not upload photo of fuel gauge or odometer. Would not allow me to proceed past that point.

Kelsey wI dropped the truck off the night of the day I rented it after hours. I was charged for the next day anyway. When I called they told me I was charged because THEY were closed on Sundays &. did not check the truck in until 9 am Monday. I called Uhaul Sunday at the 800 # where I was on hold for 30 min - the customer service agent said she made a note I had returned the truck & I should not be charged but I still was. Just outright crookedness.

John PNot much you can do; it’s a small property with space for just a few trucks. But you could warn potential customers which locations are official U-Haul with lots of equipment and smaller outfits with limited choices.
David MEquipment was clean, but not perfectly maintained. The tow dolly pull out loading ramp on the right side had broken stops for the pullout ramp, therefore when fully extended it separated from the tow dolly completely instead of stopping at the appropriate location. This is a dangerous issue that needs to be addressed with this rental unit.
roger sLocation needs either a separate service counter or person, from businesses main service. This was not my original pick up location. UHaul forwarded my reservation due to a mishap at the original location. This caused my mileage to be over allowance, and a delay in my moving schedule.

susan wLocation we not a good reflection on U-haul. Staff was not available upon arrival and the process of hooking up the trailer was self service.
Paul Gthe U-haul on 41 and old 41 across from hooters needs to get their act together and stop saying that they have trailers available that aren't available and then letting the customer know the day of that they don't have it to prevent the customer from having to frantically drive over hell's half acres to find a U-haul that they can use.

nancy wtried to drop off night before - was told no drop off box - went at 9:00 as was told - no one there - waited till 9:30 - called number listed - was told to put key in drop box (did it magically appear over night?) Bad location. Dirty.
