GERALD PPpl working were confused about procedures.
GERALD ZDrop off was no issue. It was easy with the uhaul app.
CHRISTINE TPicked the truck up, 3/8 tank of fuel, check engine light on, power points didn't work. In my opinion, the truck should have been looked over before I got it, but it clearly wasn't. First thing I had to do was fuel it up, then I bought a cigarette lighter charger for the drive, only to find the power outlets didn't work. Check engine light didn't affect my drive, but didn't leave me feeling confident either.
SHAWN JThere was no equipment in the truck. The back was clean but the dash and cup holders were dirty. I mentioned it to a lady in the office but she said nothing. Otherwise Good people I will rent from here again.😊👍🏼
VALBRIE NThe truck I reserved did not include the 3 packing blankets I had asked for, I took a picture for proof of this and they still charged me for the blankets. I would really like to be able to get my money back since I was never given the blankets to use which would have been very useful during the move
Riel GDon’t let your customer pick up any trailer during holiday at it creates confusion. I was driving the trailer for 2 days and I was called telling me that it was not dispatched. Who will give me contract as no one was on the building and we need ri move the next day. This type of miscommunication will make a person a criminal. Please do better.

OLALEKAN SStaff responsible for u-haul wasn’t available at drop off and there was confusion about what was owes. Straightened out by email.
Wayne GI had requested 2 furniture movers with my rental, but was told they were not available at that location. That should have been stated when I booked. The vehicle I rented was on empty, and when I went to put fuel in, there was hole in the gas tank so had to go back to get another (they also couldn’t tell me where the closest gas station was). To their credit, I did get another vehicle with an extended return
CHRISTOPHER HThe U-Haul pick up process was super unprofessional and unorganized. The pick time was 3:30 pm but the staff left at 3 pm already so we were just standing and wondering in the parking lot what to do? We got the truck at 4:15 pm which was supposed to provided at 3:30pm that to with very low fuel.
Nikhil AMaybe once the staff was better trained and the parking lot was better maintained. The truck was not ready when I went to get it. Was full of snow & I had to clean it. And a car got stuck in the parking lot right behind my rental truck & I had to push them out of the way. There was a big pile of snow also behind the rental.
Kevin Rvery long process picking up the uhaul, there was paint spilled inside, the moving blankets were everywhere and FULL of dust. there was a brady landfill receipt in the cup holder so I'm sure it was used to take garbage to the dump.
STEPHANIE YApp didn't work properly! App was up to date and phone is 6 months old, Had to use website and it wouldn't let me read the truck info, it took multiple attempt to open the information. The instructions for the key were incorrect the lock was on the vehicle not in box #2

Serhii Pexplain that some trucks are in miles which changes the advertised amount from 99 /km to 1.59/miles works out the same but confusing It leads you to believe your being overcharged but your not The truck worked great for us and will be using it again in the future Thanks Janice
Janice KThere was no cleaning or inspection done on the vehicle and it was dirty when we received it. Since the location isn't open on weekends, we were told we would only be charged for one day use and were charged 2 anyways. Plus we were charged a cleaning fee, but the vehicles aren't even being cleaned.

Mwenda KThis is not a comment about the location itself, which was fine. However, the Mobile Return web app not working reliably is really annoying and erodes my confidence in ever trying to use it again.
