Donna AAll went smooth from pick up to drop off. The only part of the invoice I wasn't aware of was the charges for the dolly and the moving pads. We used the moving pads to protect some of the furniture, but didn't need the dolly, but did move it out of the way as we were moving items into the truck. We did break the tie wraps on both, so that is probably why the charges. I just didn't know there was a $5 charge for the use of each. Other than that, all went well.

Jim MThe unit was supposed to be dry inside, however the Entire floor was soaking wet with big puddles of water in the corners. We had no choice but to use the moving blankets from the unit on the floor to try to keep the furniture from getting ruined. I'm hoping I'm not charged a fee for using them.

Rob WMore comfortable seats. The driver seat in the truck on the left side you can tell it was a cheap seat. Because it was like a sliding board. It just did a dive that bad. I think better seats would hold up better and more comfortable. The 40 mile round trip was enough. Glad i didn't have to do a long haul.

Chris MI felt that I was in a death trap! The alignment was really off, the entire truck shook the entire trip, the check engine AND oil change lights were on, and if I had to drive more than the 10 mile had to, I would have turned around after 2 minutes. This truck needs to be scrapped. I’m offended you thought this was an appropriate vehicle to represent your company. I would rather pay a moving company than give you my money again! Fuck off Uhaul!

Wayne HAsked for a appliance dolly and a utility dolly, didnt receive the appliance dolly and when I made a note about it on pickup they didnt do anything about it and still charged me for the dolly I didnt receive.
Travis DI was told I had to do drop off online, I tried to return online for 10 hours, I tried at 3am to return uhual online the same day I rented it and it said I was at wrong location, it said I had to return back at Hopwood where I rented it from. I did a one way rental, pick up and drop off were two different locations, I paid $225... I called the customer service number numerous times and never spoke to anyone or could get through to anyone at the 800 number... I went online and spoke to a representative who also told me that they couldnt help me and they gave me the 833 number to call so I finally spoke to someone at a 833 number who also kept telling me I had to do return online, even after I told her numerous times it wasn't working, then she said it wasn't working because I had to delete things out of my phone. She was very unhelpful. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service, I received. She basically told me she didn't know what to do and that I had to do everything online... I wasted 12 hours trying to return a uhual, where no one could help me, so I locked the doors of the uhual and put keys in the drop box at location I reserved the drop off for. I would really like to speak to someone about the situation I encountered. Very dissatisfied!!!

George YThe trailer we rented worked well for our needs. It was nice that the floor was smooth without rough spots which eliminated concern of scratching furniture surfaces.
THOMAS KThis location is fantastic and the following comment is not about them, it is about corporate UHaul… While I was not charged the $20 fee for having someone check my vehicle in because I dropped it off after hours, I think it is ludicrous that you would even consider imposing such a fee. It would have raised my total bill for the rental 15%. If you want to find ways to “stick it to me”, I’ll find another company to use.

JULIE Sdrop off sucked , i had to drive 6 miles longer just to drop off , i was already over on the miles so i would have not paid the extra but i could have drop off a lot closer , but since they tell you were to drop i had no options , also i started off with one quote and ended up pay for a bigger truck since they did not have the size i wanted , and i also was told that it would be the same price as the smaller truck then extra miles to drop off
donald CThe alignment was off. The steering was very loose. The windshield wipers didn't work very well and I couldn't see when it was snowing. It was not safe at all. The brakes were very touchy but that was the least of my problems with the truck.
