back of the trailer had leaves, packed snow and slippery ice all over it. Took me a good 15-20 min to scrap the ice off and sweep everything out so my room temperature cardboard boxes would not melt the ice/snow, thus getting wet and damaging my belongs. So I had to pay the extra $20 for returning after hours? bull$%&@.

Dear Uhaul Customer Service Team, I hope this email finds you well during this summer season. This message is regarding a refund request for reservation# 12801802. I originally contacted U-Haul to rent a toll dolly to load and pull a vehicle one-way (out). Your very friendly and professional employee Heather messaged me on Facebook chat that she found me a quote of 90$ before tax. Heather's Facebook message: "Thanks! So I am getting an advisory to keep in mind that using an older vehicle to tow can be demanding and you want to consider the condition of the engine etc, so ensure it's capable of towing. I am showing the rate for the tow dolly would be $90 before tax and that includes up to 6 days of use. There are alot of additional advisories that come up like the jeep must have a full hard top, not partial hard and cloth. Towed vehicle driveshaft would have to be disconnected. Also if you have oversized tires it may not work. The closest location with availability is: West Side Storage 1628 W Bus HWY 83 Mission, TX 78572 Pickup options would be as early as 9 am or as late as 5 pm tomorrow 6/14. -Heather" When picking up the toll dolly I so desperately needed, I received the U-Haul Equipment contract. The contract details: *Equipment: TD-Tow Dolly, TD533OZ (no plate $ on file) *Coverage: Safe Tow: $70, coverage 25K *Rental Charge $90.00 *Total Charge: $160.00 Yesterday, Thursday, June 16, 2022, I received an email with a U-Haul receipt with a missing damage fee, subtotal $119.45. I paid the coverage fee of $70, coverage 25K. I do not agree with the $119.45 for the fender replacement which fell due to a road or highway in bad shape. This was not due to any road car accident nor reckless driving. We followed the 55 miles per hour rule the entire trip from Mission Texas to Naperville, Illinois. Please help me with instructions and which attachments or information I can send you to make this refund prompt, I will be happy to provide it for you. DO I HAVE TO MAKE A CLAM? My father Marco Antonio Leal Gomez passed away April 19 2022. Do you need me to send you his death certificate to request a refund? I cannot afford any extra cost! For example, I had to wait for my father to be social security system to even be considered deceased which took a month. Then I had to wait even longer for his death certificates that could only be picked up by sister that was working in Chicago and could not fly in until the certificate was available. After, we had to waiting for my father's ashes. Yesterday, Tuesday, 7, 2022, I just now finished with the notary for a succession trial. Now, I am working on securing and closing my beautiful father's property. So much I have to do still: meet with a trusts and estates attorney, to settle estates, make a list of bills for expenses, taxes, utilities, send passports, contact federal government, close banks, financial institutes, credit agencies, cancel driver' license, terminate insurance policies, update voter registration, work on certified mails, terminate insurance policies, close email accounts, send death certificates to credit bureous, contact you for help! I would like a refund for the return flight I was not able to make, please. I did not expect all this to happen after my father's passing. My father's side of the family has not helped with anything. It is only my sister and me doing everything. Taking the difficult loss of my father, this financial burden we cannot pay. I don't know what to do anymore. I just beg U-haul. HELP! I am asking during this time of grief and extreme financial struggles that Lufthansa U-HAUL assist and finds compassion and support financial during this time . Our family was not prepared for this tragic loss, unexpected tasks, many delays, and any financial compensation would be greatly appreciated at this point in time. I am begging for help. I cannot pay my credit card. Please help me... We are in ruins from all this. It's difficult to move on with the broken heart. If there is anything more, I can send you in this email attachment to make this come to fruition, please, I will be happy to provide it for you. I have receipts from the notary, dates for hospital medical records (we are sewing the hospital for diligence .) PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you in advance for your professionalism, compassion and support. The man was very nice and helped me rent a truck when I was not able to rent one at a nearby location. It was actually a place I could walk into for assistance vs just a Dropbox. He helped me cancel the prior rental because it took almost an hour to get the code for the drop box. I would definitely use this location again, or one with an actual person to help again. I would definitely NOT EVER use a location with just a Dropbox again. THAT was a horrible experience and extremely frustrating!

The engine exhaust was wide open (broken pipe or muffler) very hard to listening to other cars. I was overcharged again 2 gallons of fuel. I will call to ash why.
