Employee was very helpful. First truck the AC didn't work. Uhaul customer service was very hard to navigate on my side and the employees side, to get the truck changed out. They system also would not allow for the price to be changed.

CHRISTOPHER LIt’s a shame I don’t know the young lady that helped me with my reservation but my experience was flawless and no surprises. We never like surprises when returning U-Haul trucks. I would definitely use this location and recommend it to friends.

Samantha FThey have a small selection of trucks, but this location is fast and easy. Very friendly and professional. I called two other uhauls prior to this location that picked up the phone and then immediately sent me to a main dispatch. This location answered right away and was very helpful.

Jennifer TMake sure the truck is clean and the locks work. The rolling door was stuck at first and then was super hard to close. I had to jump off the truck holding the loop to close it. Not great since I’m a disabled person. The transmission needs work. There were no instructions on what to do with the lock so I left it in the truck and locked the door. The flap in the door for returning keys was stuck. I barely managed to get the keys in the door. They put a dolly and moving blankets in the truck taking up loading space. I specifically stated I did not want them. I was afraid to move them out of the way figuring I would be charged for them.

Dana DOverall, I had a great experience with this location. My disappointment is in the contract that was offered to me through the Arizona location. Arizona reached out to me offered me a contract to Pick up a container from Las Vegas and take it to Los Angeles.. One the location was changed so they offered me more monetary value and as I went to that location to pick it up, I found out that the customers paperwork was not done. I went 30 minutes. Out of my way 30 minutes back to get back to the southwest side where I was leaving and found out once I reach back to Los Angeles due to no fault of my own, they did not honor the contract. The contract was for $350. 4 days on the rental and 600 miles total they did give me the four days I returned it in 3 days. they did give me the 600 miles but I found out when I returned , the truck that I rented, they only gave me $150 where I was expecting the 350 because it was not my fault so I entered my obligations but I feel that U-Haul did not honor theirs. Thank you very much for asking, and allowing me to express myself .

Preview all my information into online and still had to answer every question and go through the same process. Why have online when I have to do the same in store. Make no sense.

Ryan OI had reserved a 20' truck and it turned out they only had one and the person that had it before was refusing to return it. They should have notified me the previous day the truck had not been returned as opposed to when I walked in the morning I had to drive to CA. I had to get a 15' vehicle which was not large enough for me to complete my move. I was not even offered a discounted rate for having to sacrifice my needs due the actions of another.
Eric RMy first reservation was cancelled and found out as I got there because I was just barely an hour late. That has never happened when have it reserved for the whole day. For another reservation and as I went to pick it up it showed my reservation was 15 minutes away with less time than that to pick it up.
Tayler AThey have wasted my sisters and I’s time on thanksgiving day. We came back to return the truck last night before 7:00pm and there was no clear instructions on where to put the key. My sister went back this morning to drop the key off but the padlock won’t open even though she entered the code provided through voicemail. We now probably have to come back again to drop off a key. Why isn’t there a designated area for it?
Nadia MI actually WOULD recommend this location however my overall experience with Uhaul this time was not smooth. I was charged the $25 cleaning fee without any notification, any pictures and no notice. When I called the rental location, they said there was nothing that they could do and referred me to the area manager. After another phone call with them, I basically had to plead my case to get the charges removed and had to sternly ask them for pictures proving that the rental was returned dirty. They said it would take 24-48 hours to resolve. Fortunately, my CC was refunded the $25 but there was no communication about the error, or arbitrary fee, nor pictures provided. This gets me to thinking, how many other people are they screwing out of $25 per rental on this arbitrary fee that seemed to "vanish" after persistent follow up...? Mistakes happen, I'm very understanding of that, but having to call them out on this "mistake" (if that is what it was) and not receiving any type of communication closing this out is not acceptable in my book. It's just bad business.

JANET MThe truck was fine. There was no appliance dolly at pickup. Had to go to another uhaul to get one. If there’s less than 1/4 tank left from the previous person, it should be filled to an appropriate level before giving it to another customer. Especially if you’re going to charge a $30 fine for leaving it below that level. Otherwise you’re forcing the next customer to put in more gas than they used.
