Latch fell off the Ubox door with just a bit of a wiggle when at the drop off location proving that it never was secure. Something you need to address perhaps before shipping. Also there was a miscommunication between the national reservation system/clerk and the hound lady at the Kona site in that even though I received a confirmation email stating that they would be ready for us at noon, in fact they were not expecting us at all. Another thing perhaps to work on, like making a human to human confirmation in the future.

Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgeable. Business rentals are usually so complicated, but Rebecca helped simplify the process. Price was more than reasonable. From booking to return, all aspects of the rental went smoothly. Looking forward to working with A&A Rentals again!

The agent did not know how to rent the vehicle. Yes, she is new on the job, but my destination was closing in 2 hours (The docks) and 20' Truck was NOT ready at 9:00 as expected. Even spoke with the manager/owner, and he thanked me for my patience. We waited almost 40 minutes as the clerk looked for the vehicle. Unsatisfactory service.

I feel like i should have paid lot less!! I wanted a 15 ft truck however i was only told about a 10 ft truck which i got because the guy helping me said it was the only one he had. only to return the truck early the next morning n was told there was a 20 ft truck in the back. terrible customer service!!!! i will not recommend you to anyone!!!!
